The Board of Directors is responsible for the development of the IOP strategic plan and for financial, tactical and strategic program oversight.

The Academic Advisory Committee is responsible for educational oversight of the program and the applicant review and selection process.

Member, IOP Academic Advisory Committee. Heather works in collaboration with PGME to support learners as they prepare to come to Hamilton. Once learners arrive, Heather continues to provide day-to-day support.

Executive Director, IOP. Mr. Nixon has been the Executive Director of the IOP since August 2022. He is responsible for program oversight, including the operations of the Academic Advisory Committee of the IOP.
